Regeneration

A healthy body hasn't changed much in the past few thousand years, and it is amazingly regenerative when it has what it needs to rebuild and restore itself.

Even concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, while very contagious it doesn't change much in the big picture of things. A virus is a virus, and the body will respond to it the same way every time. What makes this one different is that it originated from animals. So our human DNA/RNA doesn't recognize it, leaving us with little to no defense. This is why it is so important to develop a strong immune system as the best way to be protected.

Yes, we have gotten taller, faster, stronger- but the physiology of how our body functions has remained the same for centuries.

Much of the sickness and disease seen today can be directly attributed to the change of diet, and depletion of nutrition that has taken place in recent times. The introduction of processed foods has traded in nutritional value for a longer shelf life, and consequently a larger profit with little regard for the health of those eating them.

While current medical practices and pharmacology do have a place in responsible medicine, especially emergency medicine, pharmacology has not proven very successful in long term care.

When people make up their minds to eat in order to maintain health, it is relatively easy to do if you have the right information. This site is dedicated to those who are not getting what they need from traditional medicine, and are willing to add to their diets through food and supplements, what they need in order to restore health.

Every advanced society must have pharmaceuticals in order to provide quality health care, but when it comes to long term and chronic disease, going back to the basics is where we will all find our healthiest body waiting for us.
