Today, there are few people in America that don’t have some kind of cholesterol issues, either too much or too little. The body needs a certain amount of cholesterol to function normally, so removing all of it is not feasible and will only create more problems in the long run. Trying to replace these naturally occurring oils with some sort of man-made substitute will eventually bring a host of side effects that are often worse than having just high blood pressure alone.

When the body is fed properly it can process saturated fats like any other substance, and excrete any excess without any side effects or long-term addictions. It is when cholesterol and essential oils are out of balance that the body naturally looks for ways to get rid of these extra fats that are clogging up all the arteries and organs.

The body will try to excrete cholesterol as waste by pushing them through the skin as with some types of eczema, sheding them through tears, or depositing them somewhere else in the body where they will be out of the way. If the body can’t digest and dispose of saturated fats the way it was designed to, this fat will typically store in the arteries causing the infamouscardiovascular disease that is so prevalent in America today, and yet this is very easy to reverse.

Diseases relating to memory disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s as well as some muscle disease, gallbladder disease, liver disease, certain types of depression, high cholesterol, anxiety, and certain skin diseases such as eczema are all related to the imbalance of fats and cholesterol, and are directly affected by the foods we eat. The goal of this book is to educate the reader about what supplements will make the greatest improvement, and how fast they will accomplish this.
