Auto-Immune Disease is Actually An Allergy, Brought On By Stress

Having a decent protein intake is very important for persons under stress as stress can often happen very quickly, causing the body to quickly break down protein in the tissues if no other source is available. Often mislabeled “Auto-Immune” disease, this is actually an allergic reaction brought on by sudden stress.
The body will only turn on itself if the diet doesn’t provide what it needs to function. This is why some people can appear to have 'allergic reactions' to things like sudden heat and cold, bright sunlight, and environments that bring sudden change.
This breakdown of tissue protein will increase the production of histamine as well as eventually start taking its toll on all the tissues of the body, interfering with other normal, vital functions. This is why Auto Immune Disease can appear to flare up in any pat of the body. The body is desperately looking for more sources of protein and will go anywhere to find it.
Chances are, if someone is labeled with Auto-Immune Disease, there are other deficiencies as well, issues the protein alone won't correct. However, by looking at the body as a whole, and putting the pieces of the puzzle together, we should be able to recommend a diet that will greatly improve whatever signs and symptoms someone is going through.
A minimum intake of protein should be around 80 grams a day for men and 60 grams a day for women. More won’t hurt, but this should be the minimum for the average person in height and weight. If you are active or larger than most other people you can certainly take more. Actually, since protein burns carbohydrates in the digestion process, eating a high protein diet will actually help you burn fat and keep your energy levels high as well.
The only risk in high protein diets is that they tend to be higher in saturated fats and cholesterol. However, if you add a few lecithin capsules to the meal, it will balance these fats out so that digesting these won’t be a problem. Take a look at our eBook Good Cholesterol found here. It explains how Lecithin will also break down and remove saturated fat build up anywhere in the body. So whether you have Auto-Immune Disease or not, almost every American has some form of high cholesterol.
