We at Nutritional-Therapy are dedicating the month of May, 2017 to Cholesterol, and how get off your blood pressure; without drugs.
Be sure to sign up for our newsletters, so you can get every post concerning these things, and before you know it, you will be hearing your doctor say, "You know, you really don't need this prescription anymore."
Want to get started today? Start by buying a bottle of 21-grain Lecithin caps from a reputable nutrition center, and start taking 2-4 a day. This will break down the saturated fats in your blood, into small enough particles so that they will be able to get out of the blood, and on to the tissues. Once in the tissues, the body will use what it needs, and convert any extra into carbon dioxide and water, so that it can be excreted easily.
Another tip is to purchase some Potassium tablets that will help rid some of the water that is raising your blood pressure. The kidneys regulate blood pressure, so help them out by giving them a little Potassium everyday. Better yet, eat a a banana once a day. This has lots of Potassium, and a host of other proteins, vitamins and minerals to fill in the missing ingredients.
Lastly, drink a bottle of Vitamin Water (at least one) everyday. This will bring you a source of the water soluble B-vitamins, that will facilitate all the chemical actions that will be taking place while your body is figuring out how to fix itself.

...It is important to realize that because the FDA will not patent any naturally occurring substance, spending millions of dollars to prove that plants, vitamins or minerals will restore health is not even an option for most of these commercial for-profit pharmaceutical companies. Instead, they take this knowledge of plants and nutrition, try to duplicate it in a way that is unique to them, so they can brand it and sell it exclusively. The problem is that when you start to remove some of the naturally occurring substances contained within the plants natural state, these isolated elements can easily become toxic.
A good example would be Vitamin E. It is found naturally in among other things, green leafy vegetables. In its natural form, it contains;
alpha-tocopherol,
beta-tocopherol,
gamma-tocopherol, and
delta-tochopherol
It also contains;
alpha-tocotrienol,
beta-tocotrienol,
gamma-tocotrienol, and
delta-tocotrienol
When eaten all together in green leafy vegetables vitamin E is completely non-toxic, and provides exponentially more benefits than when any one of these ingredients is taken alone. What we buy in the store is only alpha-tocopherol, just one of the naturally occurring 8-compounds. When ingested alone, it can be toxic if taken in excessive amounts.
What constitutes ‘excessive’ is different for each person, so there is really no way to regulate it, yet 'professionals' will tell you to take as little as possible because 'it's toxic, you know...' Yet, there is little said about the toxicity of the pharmaceuticals they prescribe for the rest of their patients life. Popular discussion now says that you can never really stop high blood pressure, you can only manage it. This is simply not true.
When we are taking prescription drugs, we are often taking only a small part of something that was really designed to be ingested safely along with its other components found in nature. By isolating one or two elements, and prescribing them individually, pharmaceutical labs produce something that can easily become toxic, and cause permanent damage with long term use.
There are much easier ways to get get your BP down with the right nutrition, and in the right balance. Once you learn how the body works, you will easily begin to find out what works best for you.
