Stop Avoiding Fats, Eat What It Takes to Utilize Them

The fact is that heart disease can be produced in humans with diets that are completely void of cholesterol, so chasing after this one ‘fat’ element alone will not reverse the condition.

Low fat diets will limit so many other excellent sources of nutrition that the body desperately needs at a time like this, following the typical low fat/ low cholesterol diet is almost the same as walking a plank. It is just a matter of time before one has no more ground to walk on.

These diets are largely considered dangerous by those in Alternative Medicine, as they have been from the 1960’s. Many of these ‘restricted’ foods are full of the exact nutrients needed to utilize the fats associated with heart disease in the first place.

Mayonnaise is a good example. It averages 52-67% essential fatty acids, and 10 to 14% Lecithin.

Eggs are another excellent food source that have been attacked as unhealthy, despite their high Lecithin and high methionine levels. Volunteers recovering from heart attacks have been found that after eating 10 eggs, 16 egg yolks, and even as much as 60 grams of pure cholesterol daily for varying periods of time, their cholesterol did not rise at all as long as the eggs were not cooked in saturated fat. Despite the high cholesterol content, eggs contain even higher levels of Lecithin, negating the effects of the cholesterol. They also contain so many other nutritional elements, taking them out of the diet does far more harm than good.

Almost everything in today's food has the hydrogenated fats we need to avoid, so dodging the bullet here is next to impossible for the average person. Instead, add Lecithin and Wheat Germ to your diet, so your body can process those unwanted fats. You will be able to come out much better off when all is said and done.
