These are some notes I put together recently , while getting ready to write another eBook on Diabetes. It is a reference guide that I get aot of calls on, so I hope you can glean enough information to help you overcome. If you like it, be sure to leave a review-- https://www.nutritional-therapy.us/reviews

  1. A lack of Vitamin B6 allows the protein Triptophane to be changed into Xanthurenic Acid, which damages among other things, the pancreas.

  2. The Pancreas releases Insulin, that allows sugar to enter the cells, to be used for energy

  3. If the sugar doesn't enter cells and get burned off, it stays in the blood, and does a few things

  4. Causes thirst that causes us to drink more, and consequently urinate more, loosing the valuable water soluble B-Vitamins that are needed to stop this chain reaction.

  5. If we drink more sugary drinks or alcohol, this compounds the problem even more.

  6. Taking Penicillin is also known to cause us to urinate the B Vitamins, allowing more Xanthurenix Acid to be produced.

  7. The main ingredient to stop the production of Xanthurenic Acid is Vitamin B6.

  8. If blood sugar goes down, as when someone doesn't eat enough, or eat well, this triggers adrenal and pituitary hormones that will destroy protein, including that which is in the pancreas.

  9. This back and forth of the blood sugars causes damage to the pancreas, and an increase in Xanthurenic Acid that will only get worse unless the diet is improved.

  10. The B Vitamins should be taken in a B Complex, with all the B’s together

  11. Vitamin B6 should be taken in amounts of 50 mg for 2 days, then reduced to 10-20 milligrams per day.
