What Exactly, Should I Eat

One of the more popular studies held at the Antibiotic Medical Clinic back in the 1950’s found that;

‘…32 allergic children [who] suffered from bronchial asthma, and allergic eczema were given;

generous amounts of protein,

no refined carbohydrates,

adequate essential fatty acids,

daily doses of 600 mg of Vitamin C,

32 mg of vitamin E,

20,000 units of vitamin A,

800 units of vitamin D and a moderate supply of the B vitamins,

most recovered within a month, and all within 2 months’

Although this sounds like a lot to add back into the diet, in today’s health conscience society, all of these nutrients can be eaten in one meal and serve the body throughout the day.

There isn’t one missing ingredient that we can take to safeguard against allergic reactions, but it is rather a diet that is high in protein, low in carbohydrates, includes fresh fruits and vegetables, and plenty of water.

In light of how our foods are processed in today’s modern American diet, supplements are more likely to supply what we need; as we can hardly eat enough processed food to get the required nutrition. Unless the food you eat is obtained before it was processed, and you cook it yourself, chances are they have already lost much of their nutritional value by the time it reaches our plates.

Add a generous amount of Wheat Germ to this one, and you got it all right here!
