Stop Masking the Pain and Address the Cause

Some of the most popular forms of arthritis treatment include

*Cortisone therapy

*ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone) therapy, and

*Aspirin

Something to consider, vitamins and minerals are not even considered in most doctors' treatments. Vitamins will not interfere with any of these treatment plans, but these synthetic treatments will hinder the effects of vitamins and minerals.

The goal here would be to get the body producing its own anti-inflammatory chemicals as it was designed to do. Once the body is replenished naturally, the patient and their doctor can gradually wean themselves off synthetic drugs as their condition improves.

We cannot make blanket statements here, as each patient is unique; but in Rheumatism, Poly-arthritis and Other Joint Diseases we will explain how the body responds to all the various substances, and hopefully that will help you make the best decision for you.

It is a prevailing thought within mainstream medicine that by suppressing the body’s natural defense mechanisms, and applying man-made drugs, that this will eventually lead to healing. In Truth, these procedures will only mask the real problem and treat the symptoms, making us feel better until a more permanent solution shows up. Aspirin is a classic example. Aspirin suppresses the prostaglandins in order to block pain[i], but it does nothing to stop it.

Steroids and ACTH will suppress inflammation but do nothing to restore the body’s natural anti-inflammatory process. In fact; long term use of steroids will suppress the body enough to cause permanent damage.[ii]

While these procedures provide tremendous immediate relief for the patient, when produced synthetically they lack a certain something that allows them to operate smoothly, long term, and without side effects.

Instead of joining the millions of people who have become prescription drug addicts just because they don't know what else to do, take a look at how to address sickness and disease naturally, without pharmaceuticals. The body is amazing at self correcting itself if you would only feed it what it needs to work right.
