A Kidney Stone! The Perfect Storm

Stones- ever pass one? You would know if you did.
Stones are just what they say, stones that develop in the kidney and bladder. They cause tremendous back aches among other things, that can sometimes be so large that they require surgery to remove them.
They can range anywhere from silt, to sand, to gravel, to full blown stones that must go at all costs. They must be fairly prevalent because I have met a handful of people this month alone who either have them themselves, or have a pet that has some.
The good news is that just like Coka-Cola can dissolve teeth, an acid based pH can also dissolve stones- without surgery. Kidney and bladder stones are the same thing and form the same way so one is not treated any differently from the other.
Stones are formed in a diet that is too alkaline, too high in phosphorous, low in protein, low in Vitamin A, Vitamin E and calcium/ magnesium. SO this is where to start.
Processed foods just set the stage for the perfect storm and make it all too easy for stones to form. You really need to start adding fresh fruits and vegetables to the diet. These will lower the pH to below 7, and start to create that acidic solution that will start to dissolve stones, and hold minerals in solution, so stones don't get a chance to start.
Antibiotics are full of phosphates that will raise the pH into the alkaline zone, so if you are taking antibiotics, this will also contribute to stones. There is a better way to fight infection, see our eBook here- or you can sign up for our newsletter and get a copy for free.
A diet high in fruits and vegetables will balance out your pH and create an acid environment that will help to dissolve stones almost immediately. It will take time, but why wait? You can have the removed surgically, but unless you change the diet, they will just continue to form more.
Vitamin C will not only lower the pH, but it will also help by reducing swelling, and therefore reduce some of the pain involved. Some have stones so bad that they can completely block the urinary track causing another perfect storm for infection.
When the bladder doesn't empty completely, the urine gets stale, then kills more of the cells that make up the mucous lining in there, and this combination leaves behind a trail of dead cells, which happens to be the favorite food for bacteria.
For this reason, Vitamin A is needed to rebuild the mucous linings throughout the body, and Vitamin E will work to produce more new cells, and remove scar tissue. The scar tissue can create a rough surface where dead cells and other toxins can build up.
Another important element is a B-Complex supplement. This will help to prevent the formation of crystals. Drinking 1 or 2 bottles of Vitamin Water or Propel should be enough. It doesn't take much, but we must get some, everyday.
Lastly, adding Magnesium to the mix will ensure the production of citric acid. Studies have shown that stones are deliberately formed in lab animals by removing magnesium. Each increase in magnesium, resulted in a decrease of stones.
This is not a cure all article, but it is a good place to start. There is much more to say about kidney and bladder stones, but adding magnesium, and the other items listed, you will begin to see improvements right away. SO when you do, please don't forget about us, and leave a review here. We love a Happy Ending.
