There is Hope for MS!

Like alot of muscular disease, Multiple Sclerosis often develops during extended periods of stress when the diet doesn't have enough B- Vitamins, and is low in Lecithin.

Multiple Sclerosis is characterized with calcified patches on the brain and spinal cord, muscle weakness, uncoordinated and jerky movements, spasms and cramps in the arms, legs, and eyes, and difficulty in controlling the bladder.

These involuntary movements result when the nervous system experiences a breakdown in the myelin sheath that wraps each and every cell. This breakdown makes it difficult for the cells to talk with one another. Animals in the lab will lose their myelin sheath on the nerves, brain and spinal cord when Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-6) is removed from their diet; and then they will show significant improvements when it is added back in.

Lecithin will rebuild the myelin sheath around the cells, and also serve as a structural material for every cell in the body, especially in the brain and spinal cord. In fact, Lecithin makes up approximately 30% of the dry weight of the brain. So when this starts breaking down, it won't be long before all parts of the body will feel its effect.

The majority of the myelin sheath throughout the body is made up of Lecithin. Adding this element back into the diet, as well as the other nutrients that support its production, would be the first course of action in battling MS.

The Lecithin found in people with MS is considered somewhat abnormal in that it is higher in saturated fats, than unsaturated fats, and found to be in very low amounts in not only the nervous system but the central nervous system. It is interesting to note that MS is found most often in countries with lots of processed foods and a diet high saturated fat. This makes sense because Lecithin is considered an un-saturated fat that is used up when the diet is high in saturated fats, that create a higher demand for it.

To counteract the effects of MS, people with even advanced cases have seen improvement when 60-70 grains of Lecithin were added to each meal, as well as a Magnesium supplement, and a B-Complex vitamin (specifically B6- Choline) inositol, and complete proteins that have all the essential fatty acids.

Studies have shown that healthy volunteers developed muscle spasms and weakness, twitching, and an uncontrolled bladder when Magnesium was removed from the diet and they also show that all were restored when it was added back in. That alone is pretty encouraging in light of how disruptive these symptoms can be. However, the real threat with MS is the calcified scar tissue that it can develop within the brain as this disease progresses.

There are some who say that scar tissue is permanent, and there is no getting around it. I would disagree. Every cell in the body is replaced approximately every 7 years. In light of this fact, a person could theoretically have a whole new body, with replaced scar tissue every 7 years, providing that they drastically change their diet to give it what it needs to produce healthy new cells.

People with MS have shown great improvement in walking, fewer spasms and bladder control when they did nothing more than add Magnesium, all the B Vitamins, and what I like to call Vitamin E8. back into the diet

Vitamin E8 is different from the Vitamin E that we buy at the local stores. When we go to the store and buy Vitamin E, we are buying Alpha-tocopherol. In nature, Vitamin E is naturally found to contain Alpha-, Beta-, Gamma-, and Delta- tocopherol, as well as Alpha-, Beta-, Gamma-, Delta-, tocotrienol. Collectively, they work exponentially better, and without toxicity, than just the alpha-tocopherol we get in the pharmacy. It is this kind of nutrition that will overcome serious, long term issues that pharmaceuticals can’t seem to effectively treat.

To start addressing these issues nutritionally,

  1. start with (3) 21-grain capsules of Lecithin at every meal

  2. Take up to 600 units of VItamin E8, found in our store here- We sell E8 derived from the Annetto Seed which is the most natural kind of Nutrition, derived from organic sources, and found to meet the highest concentrations available in the market today.

  3. Take approximately 400-500 mg of Magnesium daily to help thwart muscle cramps

  4. Lastly, start drinking a vitamin enriched water everyday. It doesn't take much, but because they are water soluble, we need to ingest them everyday.

Adding these few simple things will help your body perform like it was designed to, and give your body what it needs most to put up a good fight. You can find your supply of products from our STORE, or CONTACT US to find out more~
