Why All The Excitement Over The Corona Virus?

People need to remember that bacteria and viruses are living things, and they need a specific environment to live. They evolve to adapt and survive, so by keeping this in mind, and learning what environment will kill them, anyone can with relative certainty over come any virus, including the Corovi-19; a.k.a. SARS-CoV-2.
It seems that around this time of year, during the winter, and shortly thereafter, viruses seem to flourish. Many of them die in the sunlight, and because we have all been indoors the past several months, once the weather starts to warm up, viruses begin to flourish again.
Coronaviruses (CoV) is nothing new. It was first identified as a human pathogen back in the 1960’s. Coronaviruses infect humans and many other vertebrates, mostly in the respiratory or gastrointestinal areas. However, symptoms can range from the common cold to more severe lower respiratory infections such as pneumonia. Zoonotic corona viruses have emerged in recent years to cause other human outbreaks, such as the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2003 and the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) since 2012.
With their characteristic surface, this virus has a crown-like appearance under the electron microscope, which is why the viruses are named after the Latin word corona, meaning 'crown' or 'halo'1.
It is mostly those who are already weakened and have a compromised immune system that this strand of virus poses any real threat to. The frenzy is more likely because of social media, and the way people love to talk about how bad things can be. The media virus is far more contagious that the actual Corona one.
Its not rational to stock up on toilet paper and hand sanitizers, based on the actual cases of Corona virus. Far more people die of the flu, than do Corona Virus every year.
Minimizing exposure to crowds, washing our hands with an antibacterial soap, and getting plenty of fresh air and sunshine are all natural, standard ways to maintain health, but the best way is to build up and maintain a healthy immune system that will be ready if you come into contact with any bacteria or virus. No matter what you have, a bacteria or virus, the body will react the same way every time.
Learn how to make your immune system strong, raise your white cell counts, and get your immune system prepared to face any virus head on. The body knows what to do, just make sure you give it what it needs to get the job done. Find out how here-
